Terms and Conditions

Article 1 – Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between Studio Staynia and any person booking a photography service through the website or by direct contact.

 

Article 2 – Services Offered

Studio Staynia offers, among other things:

  • Portrait Session
  • Outdoor Session
  • Lifestyle Session
  • Work Session
  • Contest Photography
  • Livestock Photography
  • Gift Cards

Article 3 – Reservation

You can book a service by:

  • Through the website's contact form
  • By email
  • By phone
  • Via Studio Staynia's official social media accounts.

The reservation becomes final after confirmation by Studio Staynia and, if applicable, receipt of the required deposit.

 

Article 4 – Rates

Prices are listed in euros (€).

The applicable rates are those displayed at the time of booking.

Studio Staynia reserves the right to change its prices at any time without affecting reservations that have already been confirmed.

Travel expenses may be charged as an additional fee depending on the location of the shoot.

 

Article 5 – Payment Terms

Payments can be made:

  • By bank transfer
  • In cash
  • Using the payment methods available on the website.

Full payment must be made no later than the day of the service, unless otherwise agreed.

 

Article 6 – Customer Delay

Any delay of more than 15 minutes may result in a reduction of the session time without financial compensation.

If you are more than 30 minutes late, the session may be canceled without a refund.

 

Article 7 – Postponement or Cancellation

Cancellation by the customer

All cancellations must be reported as soon as possible.
If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the session, the deposit paid may be retained.

 

Cancellation by Studio Staynia

In the event of force majeure, illness, accident, or weather conditions that pose a safety risk to the horses or participants, the session may be postponed.

 

Article 8 – Conditions Regarding Animals

The owner remains fully responsible for his or her horse throughout the duration of the service.

Studio Staynia shall not be held liable for any injuries, property damage, or incidents involving animals.

The client agrees to provide a horse that is in good health and fit to participate in the session.

 

Article 9 – Delivery of Photographs

The photographs are delivered in digital format.

The average delivery time is generally between 1 and 6 weeks, depending on the time of year and our workload.

The images are sent via a private gallery or a secure download link.

 

Article 10 – Delivery of Photographs

The artistic style and editing choices are the sole responsibility of Studio Staynia.

No raw (RAW) photos will be provided to the client.

 

Article 11 – Copyright

In accordance with intellectual property laws, Studio Staynia retains the copyright to all photographs taken.

The customer has the right to use the delivered images for personal purposes.

Any commercial use requires prior written authorization.

 

Article 12 – Right of Publicity

The client authorizes Studio Staynia to use the photographs taken for promotional purposes:

  • Website 
  • Portfolio 
  • Social media 
  • Advertising materials.

The client may refuse this authorization in writing prior to the session.

 

Article 13 – Disputes

In the event of a dispute, we will seek to resolve the matter amicably.

In the absence of an agreement, the competent courts of the canton where Studio Staynia is headquartered shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
